Practice the vocabulary together and use the menus. Today we will have timed practice. You will have 12 minutes to complete the entire skit. We should be able to rotate 3 times. Each time you need to take on a different role. Each time you should practice ordering at a different meal service. Remember the order of service:
Greetings/ Drinks-à Go to the kitchen deliver drink order
Return to table for food orders-à Bring order to cook
Cooks prepare plates (send with silverware but leave something out that the customer will need to request!)
Whole time clients are speaking in Spanish at the table – discussing food, menu, restaurant, plans for later, etc…

Customers request check and discuss tip
